Here's a short I helped Jesse O'Brien make :D Icarus Falls from O'Brien Animation on Vimeo . A young boy yearns to fly. He builds flying machines, each one more elaborate and dangerous than the last, but each one fails. In the end he achieves his dream of flying, though not quite in the way he had planned. This was my MFA thesis film at the Academy of Art University. The film was accepted into ten film festivals worldwide, and won Best Animation for Kids at The Animation Block Party, and Best Animated Short at the Downtown Tyler Film Festival.
